Everyday Luxury

Everyday luxury is a choice – not a result of income.

I grew up surrounded by the most expensive and hottest designs. Classic designers such as Poul Henningsen, Arne Jacobsen, Louis Poulsen etc. During the 1960s and 70s, the Danish economy experienced strong growth. Completely new needs appeared faster than the children reached the next grade.

At that time material living standards was equal with success. Showing the world how much your husband could provide.

Time changed.

Women became well educated and had their own income.

So little time left for the family. Everyone was told – “it’s not about the amount of time, spending with our children is about quality”

We heard about “greenhouse babies” – Babies were loaded with information right from the fetal stage, ready to impress the world with their knowledge.

Then the word “curling kids”… Spoiled kids – with no tools to get through good and bad times…

We have been through times, where common sense yesterday was tomorrow´s misunderstanding.

Today we are talking about robust children. About children’s well-being. Psychological do’s and don’ts.

I love the idea that success is not your goal. It’s your well-being while getting there.

That’s why everyday luxury is what you really need…

I love to see how nature invites us all to enjoy life FOR FREE.

Hope to be able to inspire you to make your home cozy and delicate. A comfort zone where you can gain energy and strength. Hope to help you spend your money wisely by making the right choices.

Now let’s get started!

As simple as I always had the same dishwashing detergent that filled my kitchen with the scent of essential oils of eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, patchouli, wormwood, cypress, lemongrass.

It is SUCH a SMALL moment of joy.. Although I decided to enjoy every single moment – for more than 15 years…

Feel wealthy with or without money. Everyday luxury depends on your decisions, not always our income…

What is your experience? What is your “everyday luxury”?
